Bonsack’s in-house holiday shop is fun for students of all ages.

Teachers bring their classes through the Gingerbread Store to shop for holiday gifts and purchase items for parents, siblings, friends and family.

All the products are modestly priced, ranging from .25 cents to $10+ allowing children to shop independently and safely within a budget!

The shop can also be used as a hands-on teaching tool . Children learn about money, counting change and budgeting while all the while having a great time!

The Gingerbead Store is run by members of the PTA and volunteers will be on-hand to help your child find gifts and keep track of money. The fun part is seeing just what the child picks out for you.

Forms will be sent home with your child in November. Parents/guardians will choose who the children are allowed to buy for, even setting a limit on the amount of money that may be spent on each person.

Students will be given time to shop at the store during the week of December 6 – 10. Gifts will be wrapped at the store and sent home with the children the same day.

Proceeds from the Gingerbread Store go to fund Bonsack PTA programs and projects.

This store certainly puts the “Fun” in Fundraising.
